Bus minimum:校巴成团： If fewer than 20 verified paid riders join, the bus will not run and its CAD $30 fee is refunded. Your base ticket and Conjuring add-on remain valid. Self-arrival guests can request group matching or voluntary carpool connections; the club cannot guarantee a driver, vehicle or seat.不足20名已核实付款乘客则不开校巴，并退还已选巴士者的$30车费；基础门票及《招魂》仍有效。自行前往者可申请组队或自愿拼车联系，社团不保证司机、车辆或车位。

Refunds:退款： Purchased admission and Conjuring tickets are generally non-refundable for personal withdrawal, subject to applicable law. If the club cancels the event, payments are refunded. If a purchased item cannot be provided, its price is refunded.因个人原因退出，已代订的门票及《招魂》原则上不退款，但遵从适用法律。社团取消活动则退还已付款项；无法提供已购项目则退还对应费用。

Don't just watch the horror movie — step inside it. Become a paranormal investigator, confront cursed objects and encounter entities from The Conjuring Universe, including Annabelle. This is a nearly 20-minute interactive experience, separate from the regular mazes.不是普通走一圈的鬼屋，而是走进《招魂》电影世界：成为超自然调查员，调查被诅咒的物品，面对安娜贝尔等经典恐怖角色。约20分钟的沉浸式互动体验，和传统鬼屋是两种不同的玩法。

FAQ / THE FINE PRINTFAQ / 需要注意什么
Can we wear Halloween costumes?可以穿 Cosplay / 化万圣节妆吗？

No. Wonderland prohibits costumes, themed makeup that breaches its rules, SFX makeup and identity-concealing props during Halloween Haunt. Halloween-inspired everyday clothes are fine only within the park's dress rules. Official policy ↗不可以。园方 Halloween Haunt 禁止 Cosplay 服装、特殊化妆以及遮挡身份的道具；可选择符合园方规定的万圣节风格日常穿搭。查看官方规定 ↗

Can I join alone?没有朋友一起去也可以吗？

Yes! We help with group matching for bus and self-arrival participants. Groups of about 6–8 can explore together; self-arrival/carpool matches and arrival times cannot be guaranteed.当然！无论校巴还是自行前往，我们都会尝试帮大家按兴趣组成6–8人的小队；由于自行前往时间不同，能否成功匹配不保证。之后可以自由探索和参与打卡。

Are all haunted houses included?买了门票就能去所有鬼屋吗？

No. General admission covers scare zones, entertainment and eligible rides, but classic mazes require the Haunted Attractions Pass. The Conjuring is independently ticketed and not part of the classic maze pass.不是。普通门票包含恐怖街区、现场演出和部分夜间设施；传统鬼屋需要 Haunted Attractions Pass，《招魂》则需要独立体验票。传统鬼屋票不包含在基础活动或《招魂》加购中。

How do I pay and what can be refunded?如何付款与退款？

Pay the full selected total once via Interac e-Transfer when registering by October 18, 23:59 Toronto time. If the bus does not meet 20 verified paid riders, its $30 fee is refunded. Purchased admission and Conjuring tickets are generally non-refundable for personal withdrawal, subject to applicable law. Club cancellation or failure to provide a purchased item is refunded as described above.请在多伦多时间10月18日23:59前通过 Interac 一次付清所选总价。校巴不足20名已核实付款乘客则退还30元车费。因个人原因退出，已代订门票及《招魂》原则上不退，但遵从适用法律。社团取消或无法提供所购项目按上方说明退款。

What does the base price include?基础费用包含什么？

CAD $59 includes regular Halloween Haunt admission, club social activities and help finding a group. Round-trip bus and The Conjuring are separate $30 add-ons. Current UTETC members save $10 and current UTACG members save $5 after verification; discounts stack. UTETC annual membership is CAD $25 separately. Food and other park extras are not included.$59 含 Halloween Haunt 普通票、社交和协助组队。往返校巴与《招魂》分别加 $30。现有 UTETC 会员减 $10、UTACG 会员减 $5，核实后可叠加；UTETC 年费另计 $25。餐饮及其他园区加购不含。

What about photos and actors?和NPC合照、打卡有什么限制？

Only take photos where permitted, with consent. Photos, videos and flash use inside haunted mazes are restricted by park rules. The optional Photo Quest happens in permitted outdoor locations.仅在允许的区域拍摄，并征得拍摄对象同意；鬼屋内禁止录像、摄像和闪光拍照。三站打卡会选择合规户外地点进行。
